We pride ourselves on creating the best version of you with every visit. We know that everyone goes to the salon to look a certain way. Clients come to CANVAS to FEEL a certain way! 

Our owner and staff have created a clean, modern, & elevated work space to provide a comfortable, yet luxurious beauty experience for everyone to enjoy. 

 

 POLICIES + PROCEDURES

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: It is our mission that every client who visits our salon leaves feeling beautiful. Should your service not meet your expectations and you are unsatisfied, we ask that you contact the salon within 48 hours. We will happily provide a complimentary one time redo within one week of your service. Due to the nature of our industry, and that all services require time, we do not issue refunds.

PRICING: Canvas Salon is proud to offer level pricing. This allows for pricing to be comprehensive for its time and value in the salon. Pricing is determined by experience & demand for stylist time. PRODUCT RETURN POLICY: If you are not satisfied with you hair or skin care products purchased, 7 days is given for retail credit. Retail credit cannot be redeemed for services. Boutique products are final sale.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Our stylists' time is just as valuable as yours. If you are unable to make your appointment, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice. This gives our stylists time to contact and schedule any clients that may be on a waitlist, allowing us to better service everyone. Cancellations not made within the 24 hours of a service will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. Clients who no - show appointments will be subject to 100% of the cost of the service to ensure future booking.

CHILDREN SAFETY POLICY: For the comfort of all our guest and enjoyment of your experience, children are only permitted in the salon when they are receiving a service. For safety reason and insurance purposed, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are enjoying a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children. We cannot assure their safety in a professional, relaxing environment. Thank you for understanding as we ensure the relaxation of you and our guest.

*Breastfeeding mother are allowed to bring their breastfeeding baby. 

STYLIST CONFIDENTIALITY & VACCINATION POLICY: Canvas Salon believes in the confidentiality and right to privacy of employee health records, and is not permitted to disclose this information to clients. Canvas also protects the privacy of personal information of its employees such as personal cell numbers, email, place of residence, etc. 

Personal vaccinations are at the clients' discretion, and they will not be required to provide proof of vaccination to receive services of any kind at Canvas Salon.
